From 2002 to 2006, Professor Minzner was an Assistant US Attorney in the Eastern District of New York, where he served in public integrity, narcotics, and general crimes sections. After graduation from Yale, where he was notes editor for the
Yale Law Journal and a Coker Fellow, he clerked for Hon. Pamela Rymer of the US Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. His publications include articles in the
Texas Law Review and the
Cardozo Law Review. He also has published articles on mathematics.
