Patent Law PracticumSince 2003, Prof. Daniel B. Ravicher has been the executive director of the Public Patent Foundation (PUBPAT), a not-for-profit organization representing the public's interests in the patent system. As of 2008, PUBPAT is housed at and officially affiliated with Cardozo, and Professor Ravicher assigns students to clinical projects challenging patent validity. Prior to forming PUBPAT, he was a patent associate at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, LLP. He also served for a summer in the chambers of the Hon. Randall R. Rader, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Professor Ravicher was named in 2008 to
