Bio
Professor Jacobson was an associate with the firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. He holds a Ph.D. in government; his thesis was on the political philosophy of Hegel. His scholarly work has focused on the idea of dynamic jurisprudence. In addition to his specialties, Professor Jacobson teaches classes in employment law and litigation.
