Bio

Donna Dougherty is the Attorney-in-Charge and Director of JASA’s Legal Services for the Elderly in Queens. She represents older individuals in a wide range of civil matters in both individual and class litigation. During her tenure at Legal Services for the Elderly she developed Project LEAP, a joint legal and social work program which uses interdisciplinary teams to combat elder abuse.

 

Ms. Dougherty teaches Interviewing and Counseling in Cardozo's Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution.
