Bio

Professor Ellen Waldman is a Professor and Founding Director of the mediation program at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. A former co-chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Dispute Resolution Health Care Committee, she currently heads the International Mediation Institute's Ethics Committee as it works to revise that organization's ethics code. Author of more than 25 articles on dispute resolution topics, she recently published Mediation Ethics: Cases and Commentaries (2011).

 

Professor Waldman is a Visting Faculty member of Cardozo's Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution. She teaches Representation in Mediation, one of the Kukin Program's January Intensive Courses.
