Bio
Professor Baldacci was an attorney with the Legal Aid Society, Civil Division, where he developed and coordinated a number of significant cases in the areas of landlord/tenant law and public housing entitlements. He lectures and writes on tenant succession rights, LGBT Rights and access to justice, particularly for unrepresented litigants, and has conducted training sessions in these areas for the Office of Court Administration, New York City and State Bar Associations, Office of Administrative Trials, Housing Answers, Legal Services of New York, and the Legal Aid Society. He is a member of the Housing Court Advisory Council. He was chair of the Housing Court Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and a member of the Judiciary Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
