Panelists will review how to prepare the client and their case for an IRS Exam, how to support the client's case, and how to manage the actual tax audit. 
 
Following panel, the two speakers will demonstrate a tax audit for the audience using a prepared fact pattern. One speaker will play the role of the IRS agent, while the other speaker will play the role of the advocate.
 
Earn 2 transitional or nontransitional credits in Skills.
