Interpretation Matters: Engaging with Stanley Fish

In the course of a long, distinguished and controversial career, Stanley Fish has interacted with numerous scholars from a variety of disciplines. His work cuts across many areas of intellectual life, but it is united by an interest in the problem of interpretation. On the evening of October 16, he will be in conversation with three illustrious thinkers who have made influential contributions to the exploration of interpretive issues in their respective fields.
