Law and Literature, copublished three times a year with the University of California Press and edited by Cardozo faculty and a board of international scholars, focuses exclusively on the interdisciplinary movement known as Law and Literature, which was started andnurtured by Cardozo faculty. Topics include restrictions on creative expression, hermeneutics (interpretive methodologies), and legal themes in works of literature, and exploring law as literature.
