Supplements

We at reFORM recently launched our own supplement line. For the moment, we're evaluating and polishing the first three products, which include two fat mobilizing and metabolic formulas and one workout amino acid formula. As of now, they're only available to our clients. When we're satisfied with the potency and quality, they might be released to the public.

Books/e-books

I'm currently working on several projects, including a weight training manual and an exercise encyclopedia together with Fredrik Carlsson. As my schedule is pretty crazy and my time is very limited, I currently have no release dates for these books. As soon as I have more information and some teasers, they will be posted on this website.
