In recognition of distinguished alumnus Jed Melnick’s service to the law school and his generous gift in support of the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution, Dean Matthew Diller has announced that the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution’s annual symposium will now be titled the Jed D. Melnick Symposium of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.

March 21, 2014 - Professor Marci Hamilton of Cardozo School of Law and Professor Leslie Griffin of UNLV School of Law have launched a new blog, Hamilton and Griffin on Rights, which focuses on women’s voices, working to bring those issues to the forefront of constitutional law and law and religion debates.  The legal scholars' posts are currently focusing on the oral arguments scheduled for March 25 in the Affordable Care Act contraception mandate cases.
