Cardozo School of Law is a month into her new gig as an associate in the legal department of Diamonds International — the largest jewelry store in the Caribbean. She landed at the company through Cardozo's new Resident Associate Mentor Program, where law firms and corporate legal departments hire Cardozo alums for one year at a ­salary of $38,000.

New York Law Journal - Responding to challenges for newly minted J.D.'s looking for work, Cardozo Law has announced a legal residency program that will allow recent graduates to work as full-time associates at small and mid-sized firms for one year after graduating while taking CLEs and training courses off-site at Cardozo.

Cardozo School of Law has announced its new Resident Associate Mentor Program (RAMP), which will offer recent Cardozo graduates an opportunity for a full-time associate position at small and medium-sized firms as well as corporate legal departments for one year post-graduation.
