If you have taken more than 2 credits of fieldwork (field clinics and/or externships), you will see the fieldwork courses appear in the Over the Limit section until your Experiential/Skills requirement is complete. This is done to enforce the rule that students cannot count more than 2 credits of fieldwork towards the 6 credit Experiential/Skills requirement.
