Cardozo's Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution is the sixth ranked alternative dispute resolution program in the country. The program’s mission is to develop modern day problem solvers in the legal profession, who can skillfully use the many dispute resolution processes for the benefit of their clients and society. Professor Lela Love, the director of the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution and Cardozo's Mediation Clinic, is a pioneer in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

The Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, a student-run triannual publication, hosts groundbreaking symposia and panels and annually presents the International Advocate for Peace Award. The Journal is ranked number eight nationally in the broad field of Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
The Cardozo Dispute Resolution Society, a student-run organization that fosters an active community of students interested in dispute resolution by hosting panel discussions, social gatherings, and networking and informational events.
