ACADEMIC HONORS ANNOUNCED FOR CLASS OF 2008
Vice Dean Michael Herz announced the list of members of the class of 2008 receiving top academic honors. Joseph D. Mueller received the top honor, The Louis Brandeis Award, for graduating first in the class. Mr. Mueller and Lawrence Bluestone graduated summa cum laude. STIPENDS AWARDED TO 154 STUDENTS
After raising $335,000, at the Annual Public Service Auction and receiving additional grants and funds, Cardozo was able to award a total of $556,000 to 154 students for work in the public sector this summer. The stipends helped to fund their work in not for profit organizations, government agencies, international organizations, and judicial chambers. more...

Sarah Gregory ’10, who received a Squadron Fellowship, is spending the summer in Amman, Jordan, working at AmmanNet radio station, Center for Defending the Freedom of Journalists, and Al Isra University Law School.
